Fair? Take it.
If it’s a fair price, we’ll tell you take it. If it’s not, we come and look at it and give you ours.
Our price.
You hear the price before any work starts.
I’m not the cheapest plumber in Houston. I’m not the highest either. I’m smack in the middle.
“Highly recommend!! Jaffar (owner) came out himself and gave me an estimate on the work I wanted and did the work immediately. Not only did he fix my drainage problem, he educated me on how to troubleshoot and service myself in the future. He also turned my garbage disposal and re-plumed it to make it drain properly. We no longer have to turn on the disposal to get the water to drain. He was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. We plan to use them for future renovations and will refer them to anyone that needs a plumber.”

Why are quotes for the same job so far apart?
You get the lowest bid possible, and that’s hit and miss. You get the high bids, and it’s only right for them to charge it, because they have clean work and you’re not gonna have any headaches. Personally, I’m down the middle. I won’t be the highest or the lowest. I’m smack in the middle. And anyone can make a bid look super professional. If I go with you, when do I hear your price?
