What we did.
“This is gonna be one of our nicest pieces that we’ve done. And trust me, we’ve done nicer.”
The marble, tile and glass are other trades’ work. We did the plumbing.
How it goes.
-
Rough-in
The drain, vent and water lines go in while the walls are open.
-
Inspection
The other trades can’t close up a single wall until plumbing passes. The permit, the city and the inspection are on us.
-
Finish
Then the valves, the tub spout and the drains, ready for the fixtures.
On price.
I’m not the cheapest plumber in Houston. I’m not the highest either. I’m smack in the middle.
You hear the price before any work starts.
“He did such a great job, was so kind, and very knowledgeable and communicative. Highly recommend”
Questions I get asked.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes. The permit, the back-and-forth with the city and the inspection are on us.
Who did the tile and glass?
Other trades. We did the plumbing.
Can you do the plumbing for a bathroom remodel?
Yes. We do the plumbing for bathroom remodels.
I’m a general contractor. What makes a plumbing sub easy to work with?
It goes back to character. It really is the relationship you have with your subcontractors. If you got stand-up guys that go to war with you, you’ll be fine. And before you hire one, ask who handles the permit. If it’s you, that’s your schedule on the line. With us, the permit, the city and the inspection are on us.
